Join Meghan for this informative and interactive  workshop of getting back to the fundamentals of your practice.  We will explore poses that you will encounter in most yoga classes such as downward dog and chaturanga.  For those that have been practicing for a while, it is a great opportunity to address old habits that may be causing stress on your body.  For those that are new to the practice, it is a chance to learn how to do these postures with safety and efficiency.
