In this special 2 hour workshop you will be given the foundations for your yoga practice. You will be taught how to breathe and link the breath with movement. Sri Namaskar A (Sun Salutation or flow) will be broken down through each stage assuring safety and efficiency in your practice. Up to 3 common postures will be dissected giving you the opportunity to ask questions. This class is considered a workshop, is at no additional cost, and is suitable for all levels and highly recommended for beginners. Space is limited.
