THE NATURE OF YOGA
Let's take off our shoes and walk on the moist forest floor. Let's find a thick fallen tree trunk, and do some tree supported back bends. Let's find some steep hills, lie upside down and do some supported inversions.
And maybe, if you're lucky a tree will hug you back.
This workshop will focus on using nature's yoga props to help support and release tension within our bodies in the most organic way possible
