Brand new to yoga and pilates? Feel a little intimidated by attending a group class? Or, would you like some one-on-one attention to refine your practice? We're here for you! A private session with one of our skilled instructors gives you the opportunity for the attention and care you may need to correct your alignment and make sure your practice is safe and comfortable. Working closely with your instructor allows time for discussion and questions you wouldn't have during a group class. Private sessions are one hour in length and can be scheduled at your convenience.
