For many, personal fitness goals are lost over time due to a lack of motivation and accountability. Working one-on-one with Meghan allows you to invest in yourself! There are many benefits to working one-on-one with a Personal Trainer. Unlike many group fitness classes, Personal Training sessions are customized for you with special attention paid to form and quality of movement. We support a wide variety of clients working towards a wide variety of goals through effective, safe, simple, challenging, and fun workouts. Meghan is driven by her love of fitness and helping others become the best versions of themselves. After an initial consultation, Meghan will develop a personalized, varied and progressive program to work towards your goals. Goals may include, but are not limited to; increased strength, endurance, mobility, and mental health, weight loss, better body composition, reduced risk of injury, injury recovery and an overall increase in quality of life and performance.
