Meghan's teaching includes a multi-disciplinary approach blended with movement science to educate and encourage teachers and students to explore the many ways our bodies are meant to move.
Her lighthearted approach focuses on creating, applying and building strength to challenge students and clients in new and exciting ways. Her teaching provides you the ability to explore the creation of tension and strength in areas otherwise not strengthened within the 'traditional' framework of yoga. The same posture taught with different language can dramatically change the quality and purpose of the posture.
She believes our movement off the mat must be sustained by what we do on it.
