In this workshop you'll experience different kinds of meditation from basic mindfulness to visualization, from walking, standing, sitting and lying down. You'll hear how they deliver some of the same results: decreased heart rate, increased calm, increased joy, increased oxygen intake, increased release of toxins and much, much more.
You'll learn about the intrinsic nature of physical pain and discover what leading Psychiatrists and Neurologists reveal regarding how to weaken chronic pain and in some cases switch it off.
Come and learn what neuroscience has to say about Mindfulness and the practice of visualization. You'll understand more clearly that mediation does not require faith, but simple clear understanding of how our brains work best - with meditation!
