GROUP CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
LEVEL 2 CLASSES
These classes move at a rather vigorous pace and require full body control and awareness. Although some modifications will be offered, it is up to the student to decide when to rest and take appropriate modifications that are covered in our Level 1/2 classes. These classes are not for the faint of heart and are very challenging.
Hot & Sweaty
Yoga
Prepare to sweat! This class is heated and moves at a fast pace. There is ample preparation of the joints through strengthening drills to prepare you for flows that are offered throughout the class. Suitable for those that practice a Vinyasa style regularly and possess a strong body awareness.
