Laughter yoga is about rekindling feelings and emotions of laughter with a childlike enjoyment. Laughter is a universal language that does not discriminate between language, age, or gender, and enhances communication.
Laughter Yoga combines laughter exercises with yoga breathing. When laughter is initiated, using eye contact and childlike playfulness, it can turn into real and contagious laughter. The session consists of gentle warm up techniques that include stretching, clapping and body movement as well as breathing exercises to help prepare the lungs for laughter.
The laughter we create in class is considered the purest form because it is unconditional without judgment or competition.
Come join us in this laughter yoga class; dress comfortably for ease of movement and breathing. Your yoga mat may be used near the end of the session.
