Karen Harvey


Karen's journey with yoga started when she realized her felt out of balance with weight training and running workouts, from not warming up or cooling down properly. Yoga became a regular component to her everyday life after she started working at lululemon. As her interest to learn more about yoga grew, a desire to one day become a certified yoga teacher manifested. As a long distance ultra runner, CrossFitter, culinary nutrition expert, and former firefighter with a busy family, yoga allows Karen to focus in the present and make time for herself and to be able to tune into her body. Her yoga practice is key to helping her balance her busy lifestyle and to manage stress. Karen wants to share her love for yoga and it's benefits by having fun and continue lifelong learning every time she comes to her mat.
