PILATES CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
This class is offered to introduce you to the practice of Pilates. We start with the very basics to help you find your deepest core strength. As we progress, exercises are added on with the option of modifications. You will notice an improvement in your posture, a decrease in back pain and overall increase in core strength so that you are no longer at the mercy of your body, rather in full control of it. Ideal for beginners. Space is limited. Online sign-up is strongly recommended.
Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength movements, emphasizing the use of abdominals, back, hips and thighs.
