CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Our goal is to provide you with a variety of classes to choose from depending on your mood and what you feel you need that particular day.  We don't believe in limiting your experience based on levels. We believe that your movement practice should follow your instincts.

Restorative with a dash of Yin

Relax and unwind with this non-heated restorative class mixed with a dash of very gentle stretching.  Your body will be supported with a multitude of props to alleviate pressure off of your joints and entire body.  Suitable for all levels.  Space is limited.  Online sign-up is strongly recommended and checking in at least 10 minutes before class beginning.


 

Gentle Yoga

Non-heated, this class is a practice where you will be guided through a series of postures in a slow and progressive manner to aid in improving strength and mobility. Props such as balls, dowels and blocks will often be used for demonstrating self care, to optimize your experience.  All levels welcome, suitable for beginners.

Community Class

To encourage our Yoga community to come together, enjoy this class for a reduced price of $10.  This class is heated and all levels are welcome, including beginners!

Roll & Restore

Enjoy one hour of pampering yourself using the Yoga Tune Up balls for self-massage and resting in restorative poses.  Focus is on breath and relaxation to help you down-regulate.

Hot Yoga

Heated, this class takes you through a creative series of postures with optional flows. Postures are performed at a slow and steady pace to build strength and endurance. Props will often be used to aid in comfort and stability.  Suitable for all levels.

Slow Flow

As we focus on mobility of the joints, this class is a reasonably paced practice linking breath with movement as the teacher takes you through a creative sequence that is different every time you attend! Suitable for all levels.

Yoga with Weights

Focusing on building strength and mobility of the joints, this class incorporates yoga with weight training.  Suitable for all levels.

Yoga with Weights & a dash of Cardio

A great combination of using weights and cardio intervals to help strengthen your body.  Many modifications are offered, so all levels are welcome!

Flow & Restore

A perfect mix of yin and yang!  This class is moderately paced linking postures with breath, finishing with relaxing restorative postures at the end, to leave you feeling refreshed and ready for the day!

Flow

Very similar to our Rapid Flow Level 2 class, but not as fast and more modification options will be given. It's a great, fun and energetic class to try!
